I m 24 yrs old. But i m unable to build my muscle. Especially my hands are too thin. My weight 52 Kg.

You need to focus on high protein food like egg whites, pulses,boiled or roasted grains and whita meat. Milk and milk products need to be taken before work out as well as post work out. Avoid high fat, high carbohydrate food
