Gud evening pls kindly have a proper balanced diet with some form of strength or muscle mass gaining cardio or yoga for minimum of 30-45mins early morning preferably. Lifestyle modification is also essential to maintain a healthy life.

Eating good carbs, good fats with adequate protein & right minerals & vitamins is the need for all. Cut down on junk, hard drinks, processed foods, sodas & outside food with refined carbs, sugar & salt.
