For muscle gain we need to increase protein intake with absorption along with muscle gain exercise .... Need to analyse and have to start life style modification .

Gud noon,pls let me know first have u done overall body check up,if not do it asap. There might be some internal health issues for which u r unable to gain muscle mass n then consult a good doctor thereafter. For gaining muscle mass u need to have a healthy food habit along with concentrate  on lifestyle modification.
