Lack of blood
My heamoglobin is 8.1 I am taking heamup syrup but there is no increase in my blood i have done all the test . Doctor told me to take syrup it will recover but there is no change what type of food should I eat to increse blood .? Or which medicine r beat to increse blood?

1-    morning 7am- green tea with iron rich biscuits. 2 -    break fast 8.30am- milk(1 glass) with apple(1) or pomegranate juice(1glass), egg sandwich(2) lunch 1.30pm moong dal (1 bowl), chapaati mixed grain (2 to 3), palak paneer sabji(1 bowl), salids( tomato, beet root, carrot) all contain lots of iron. 3- 5 to 5.30 pm-  pomegranate juice (1 glass) 4 -8.30pm- same as lunch.   beforw sleeping - milk(1glass) with protein powder.
Health Tips
1- use iron rich capsules. 2- eat fruits and vegetables rich in iron 3-  include red meat,carrot, beat root, fish in your diet. 4- include mixed grain flour in your diet.

Hello i understand your concern You must consult physician or dietitian in person so that root cause can be figured out in mean time u must have high protein and iron rich diet

Include ragi , pomegranate ,eggs , besan , milk and milk products more in your diet

Hi would like to know since how many months you are taking the supplements, and what are the tests you did? There can be many reasons behind the anemia. Best is you talk to any dietician /doctor with a detailed medical history of yours with your blood reports. Till then you have beetroot, anar, amaranth seeds, ragi,dates as iron rich foods.
