Problem regarding LDL
Sir, recently I checked my lipid profile report is:
Glucose: 94, Cholesterol:199, Triglycerides: 95, HDL: 48, LDL: 132, VLDL:19 and Cholesterol/HDL ratio: 4.1.
The doctor advised me to lower the LDL levels. I request you please suggest me the diet and way of life I have to be maintained.
