Vitamin B12 deficiency
Hi , my vitamin B12 levels are low i.e., 205 pg/ml.
I was taking one becosule capsules daily. But stopped it from last 1 week. The upper mentioned levels are of today. Can I take Becosule capsule twice or please suggest any other medicine .

Healthy diet for weight loss
Respected Sir or mam im nri Indian Guy living in Abroad just come india on my vicattion I'm 6 feet tall guy my weight is 100 kg want to reduce my weight no any intake of a sugar
In morning I get up and go for my morning jogging I do jogging running 45 min and after coming home I eat aluu bukhara dried plums which are litle salty and sugary after taking 2 pcs I take my morning breakfast oats .honey. milk and some apple .pomegranate. rasin. Almonds in garnishing and than 30 min gap I take half bowl fruits . Apple.. carrot. Beetroot .pomegranate. papaya, then I take mine green tea than in lunch I take 3 chapati with boil vegetables and salad and 1 cup small india gate brown basmati rice and in evening I go it for mine workout and exercises
I do running 30 min continuously and than go it for mine workout for 1 hours in evening snack after coming from zym i take 3 brown bread and in night I take 3 chapati with boil vegetables in my diet will I add egg ..amlet or boil.egg plz guide me

Diet preference for Hypothyroidism
My husband is just diagnosed with Hypothyroidism (TSH 6.13 microlitre U/ml; normal is 0.35-5.5)
LDL cholesterol is 134mg/dal( Normal is less dn 100)
Bilirubin total 1.99mg/dL (Normal is 1.2)
Please suggest what should be avoided in diet and what should be included in diet to meet the proper nutrition, so that TSH can be normalised.
