Hlo sir or mam plz tell me I'm on a diet Losing my weight, too, before I was 110 kg I'm 6 feet inch tall guy I do running 2 times in a day and gyming 2 times in a day Now I'm 96 kg ..sir plz tell me diet  for maintaining a healthy heart ❤️ and liver too ... Eating avacado.bluebeery  fruits Kiwi. Apple. Pomegranate and carrot. Pineapple .papaya . All mix in half bowl Eating oats with honey and eating in lunch salad a lot with multigrain atta 3 roti and boil vegetables and drinking juice 1 glass like beetroot. Carrot mix juice and in 1 day ulternate Drinking mosambi. Juice and drinking dab pani water . Completing 15000 steps every day diner I take 3 multigrain atta roti with boil vegetables. Salad 🥗 and 1 boiled white parts  eggs only Drinking green tea 1 cup and green coffee powder 1 cup in the evening after zyming . And for eating nonveg item like. Fish 🐟 .chicken item I add Which have high smoke point Betroli classic olive 🫒 oil which was 1400 rs very expensive

Hello You did wonderful job of losing from 110 kg to 96 kg. Congratulations for the same. I went through your food diary mentioned above, I can see little imbalance in the same. You need to balance your meal as per the workout you are engaged it

You need to change the diet U dnt have to to do excessive of workout giving 1 hour to 1.5 hour to workout is enough with 10000 steps in a day Keep your hydration well Have more fruits instead of juices Baki u can consult personally for specific diet plan

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
