Congratulations on your significant weight loss journey! It's impressive to hear that you've managed to reduce your weight from 110kg to 69kg. However, based on the height of 6 feet (approximately 183 cm) and a weight of 69kg, your Body Mass Index (BMI) would actually calculate to around 20.6 kg/m², not 33.4 kg/m². A BMI of 20.6 falls within the normal weight range according to the World Health Organization (WHO) standards, which classify a BMI between 18.5 and 24.9 as healthy. Here are some quick tips to keep your weight stable and stay healthy: 1️⃣Eat a mix of fruits, vegetables, proteins, and grains. 2️⃣Stay active with regular exercise. 3️⃣Drink plenty of water. 4️⃣Get enough sleep.
Next Steps
To maintain your current healthy weight and overall well-being: 1. Keep eating healthy. 2. Exercise regularly. 3. Watch your weight, but don't obsess. 4. Drink plenty of water. 5. Get enough sleep. 6. Manage stress. 7. Have regular check-ups with your doctor. 8. Stay informed about health and nutrition.
