Low Body mass index

I am 23 years old girl .My weight according to my age is very low 44 kg. My body build is very thin.Please give me some suggestions for a healty weight gain

Hi you v to take more cereals like rice,whole wheat food products. oat,maize, Dalia, porridge, good vegetables including potato group, banana 2 PCs,grapes,season fruits also help ful. u can add dry fruits 100g. sleep min 8 hrs. khicdi with egg, fried rice,halwa, polao all home made without too spices. add butter, ghee 2 tsf daily.
