Hi I weigh 66 KGS and I want to lose weight. Please suggest me a diet. I am a vegetarian. I am an IT professional so most of the time I have to sit and work resulting into weight gain.

Hello! According to your height you need to loss approx 10kg. You can lose weight with diet alone, but exercise is an important component.Diet will help you to check your additional gain and exercise will help you to reduced existing fats.
