Really fell bad

Hloz, sir or mam previously im 110 kg weight 6 feeg tall guy after doing dieting eating boiled food in vegetables  5 roti in whole days . I am 18 year old girl diagnosed with pcod 2 days ago doctor started normoz tablets 2 twice for 1 month I want pcod diet which will be suitable for me I have no thyroid no sugar my bp is usually 110/80 sodium normal potassium normal viatim d normal vitamin b12 normal lipid profile normal slight decrease level of chol hdl ratio kft normal slight decrease level in Creteinine which is 0.5 hemoglobin is 14.1 iron studies is normal I usually take 2 tablet of fremium xt in a week and once 60k vitamin d in a week please I am slim girl weigh 49 kg height 5'7 or 5'8 what should I eat for pcod which also suit my liver because I found my liver enzymes was slightly raised which was 64 sgpt 37 sgot and bilirubin 1.6 now it has decreased sgpt 23 sgot 18 total bilirubin 0.6 after taking uroscol 300 and heptral tablet with strict homemade diet with lots of fruit and green vegetables no rice only chapati no outside food
