Milk is an important source of calcium,child needs calcium for healthy bones, teeth , nerves .
You can add in diet soy , coconut, almond milk in diet
Also includes green leafy, orange juice with added calcium, also include figs , tofu, powdered sesame seeds , dried fruits and seeds.
She can have almond milk soy milk coconut milk and some people can have camel milk powder if it suits your budget
