I eat enough a day but still gaining weight. Current weight is 45, and it's stuck here. I have grade 1 fatty liver. Please suggest what to do gain weight.

Well if you eat well , as per you I need to know your daily composition of diet along with your present biometrics for a in-detail analysis Also if you have grade-1 fatty liver it directly indicates your eating meals from outside frequently or at home fried /ultra processed /junk foods are more in ratio

Plz visit the nearest dietician...in general, u can eat banana, mango, milk products,  ghee butter, and fruit for b complex...over all need a balanced diet to gain weight..better way consult with nutritionist/dietician.

take proper balanced diet with plenty of water about 3-4 ltrs a day. 7hrs sleep and a proper rest is must. sunbath in morning is mandatory. include dairy items and millets in your diet regularly. all seasonal fruits and vegetables should be in your daily meal.
