Child Health Issues

Hello Doctor, My 3.4 year old daughter has developed very small bumps on her thigh and buttock area since yesterday and she is itching them a lot especially during early morning around 3am to 4am. She feels disturbed in sleep due to the itching. We also noticed that her palms look slightly reddish with a few red spots. She also had few mosquito bites on her legs but I m not sure whether the itching is only due to mosquito bites or something else. Could you please advise if this could be heat rash or something else. Can I give her cetrizine 2.5mg at night before sleep? Will calosoft lotion help in reducing itching? Images attached.

My baby is 10 month old, I have got ultra d3 400iu/ml drops,how much I need to give it to my 10 month old baby.

My 15-month-old daughter has not been eating for the past 6 days. She is not even looking at or tasting the food I offer her. She was vaccinated 4 days ago and has had a fever till yesterday(3 Days), but she had already stopped eating even before the vaccination. What could be the reason for this, what foods should I try offering her and how as she is not even ready to taste anything at all.

My baby is about 2 months old and he is having cold n doc prescribed with vincia drops which is phenyepherine and chlorpheniramine maleate 0.5 ml dose 6 hourly is this dose is correct becoz some days ago doc advised with 5 drops which is 0.25 ml please let me know 0.5 ml dose 6 hourly correct or not please?

Why my baby has unequal thies folds distribution? Is this normal? She is 3 months old now . Please guide

My baby is peeing very less while sleeping (1 diaper is just a little bit heavy in 8 to 10 hrs) since yesterday but when she is awake the diaper gets full about 3 4 diapers for yesterday... Is it okay??? My baby is 3 months old (weight 4.7 kg) and breastfeeding and she is active and reactive also. Is this a problem or just poor feeding?? Can I give her cow's milk now?? I noticed this problem from 2 days that at night time diaper is not getting full just a little bit heavy.

Actually I accidentally did an oil massage of the vaccination site of my baby after 24 hours post vaccination. I am worried that this will reduce the vaccine's effectiveness as the general guideline is to wait for 48 hours before doing the oil Massage.
