My daughter is 3 months old.
She is mostly on formula feed as I am having low milk supply
Since last 2 days she is having tight green colour potty at first and then loose yellow colour potty.
What can I do so that she doesn't have tight stool?

Regarding the green colour you no need to worry as this is due to formula and secondly about the consistency for which you need to check on the proportion of formula and water which is supposed to be 30:1 ratio , so kindly check on that as some times this is the cause of discomfort while passing the stool
Next Steps
correct proportion of formula milk

The colour of stools varying is normal in infants. Make sure the formula is mixed exactly according to instructions on the packet.most of the time it will resolve. Do not give any home made remedies. If the hardness of stool persists consult your paediatrician.
Greetings
Ensure infant formula is mixed with the exact recommended water ratio to prevent hard stools.
The green shade is completely normal and often caused by iron in formula.
Gently move her legs in a bicycle motion to naturally stimulate bowel movements.
Give her a warm bath or a light, clockwise tummy massage to relax muscles.
Avoid giving plain water or fruit juice at three months without medical approval.
Green stool followed by soft yellow stool is usually normal in a 3-month-old, especially with formula feeding. Constipation means hard, dry or painful stools, not simply green or less frequent stools.
Next Steps
• Continue breast milk + usual formula.
• Prepare formula exactly as directed—do not add extra powder.
• Avoid water, juice, gripe water or laxatives
Health Tips
If stools become repeatedly hard/pellet-like, painful, or are associated with vomiting, abdominal swelling, blood in stool or poor feeding , consult your pediatrician.
Green, tight stool that loosens up afterward is common in formula fed babies and usually isn't a cause for worry on its own. It often reflects how her tummy is adjusting to the feed.
Next Steps
Offer a little extra water between feeds and watch if the pattern settles over the next few days.
Health Tips
If she seems uncomfortable, isn't passing stool at all, or you see blood, please see her paediatrician.
