Hello Doctor,
My daughter is 9 months old, and for the past two days I’ve noticed some small pimples/bumps appearing on her face. Could you please take a look and let me know if this is something serious or if we should take her to the hospital?

There s nothing to worry as per pictures uploaded, could be heat rashes. Continue the mild fragrance free skin friendly appropriate PH baby soaps and moisturiser on damp skin. Do not apply powders or use homemade scrubs.
