My 8 months old baby has 103.4 fever
My 8 months old baby has sevior cold, running nose and 103.4 degree temperature. We have given her Crocin syrup and Meftal P syrup.

Yeah you can give Syrup Meftal P 2.5 ml thrice daily till fever subsides
