Child Health Issues

Hello doctors, I am attaching the pic of lips of my 11 year old daughter. Some Redding thing is there, especially on the upper lip, and she is complaining of dryness, soreness, and burning sensation. Please guide as to what it is and what I should do.

My daughter is 3.3 years old. For the past 1 month, she has been urinating frequently. She is unable to control it, and a little urine leaks onto her clothes. But again, after a short while, she feels the urge to urinate. Since she tries to hold it in, some urine leaks onto his clothes again. This happens frequently. she  needs to pee often. Even after eating cucumber, orange she gets urged. Urine routine and urine culture are normal. Abdomen pelvis scan shows distended bladder. How can this be treated? I have attached the report. Please give suggestions. Thank you.

Hi, First dose of Japanese Encephalitis vaccine was given at 9 months at gov center Now at 18 months, the 2nd dose of JE is due, can I get JEEV at the private clinic? Any issues if the first dose was the Live 14-14-2 variant of the JE vaccine and the Jeev is an inactivated vaccine? Thanks

Hi Doctor My 16 month just received her DTP vaccine n she had high fever and fussiness for 2-3 days however now she is also having runny nose and cough esp at night.... I also heard little wheezing sound whole she coughs.... I am worried whether it's a whooping cough n that vaccine had adverse effect on her.... can you please guide me on this?

My baby is 4 months old. Her face skin has become dry. Kindly suggest me a good face moisturizer or oil for baby use. And also advise whether we can apply oil on her face and head.

One month old baby, after feeding I burp and keep baby upright for 15 minutes and after that when I lie the baby flat (on back)on bed , baby feels uncomfortable like he's going to spit up. Is this normal? At what age will it go away? Can we elevate the head a little ?

Current weight 6.2 kg Age 4 month 2 week (Preterm baby born at 35 week, BW- 2.27 kg, lowest weight 2.19 kg) My baby has become extremely gassy and though his urine count is normal and he passes stool after 3 days -Lately he has started passsing alot of gas - he has started avoiding nipple and takes only dream feed. -when he is awake and i put nipple in his mouth he cries alot and does not take feed at all. * he sleeps throughout the night and sometimes due to gas he moves otherwise he sleeps throughout. What can be the reason ? He is exclusively bf I am really worried !!

Hello Doctor, my baby birth weight was 2.7 kg at 3.5 month she weighs 5.220 kg but since past four days she lost her weight and weighs 5.160 kg. She was not drinking milk at all. Because of my abscess surgery she is exclusively in formula since 27th day of her birth. We tried almost everything to feed her.. small feeds.. changing bottles.. changing bottle nipples but she did not drink at all. We finally took her to the doctor who recommended cypon after diagnosing at his clinic where also she did not drink milk even after 5 hours of going without milk. Doctor has recommended 0.5 ml drops twice daily for 2 weeks. It is day 3 of cypon she had increased appetite and is drinking milk now. She looks otherwise normal is playful and active. Only thing is has increased sleep hours. Is it okay to give cypon drops as mentioned above?

Can I apply Surfaz SN cream to 16 months old baby in diaper area for fungal  infection on the skin of penis .

My daughter is 2.3 year old from past few weeks nearly 2 months shes not eating properly rice and dal but other stuff shes is eating also we met doctor here in oman he prescribed zentel syrup ( upon checking her symptoms) which is anal itching and sleepless nights so here in oman they dont have stock but I carried from India in 2025 February the bottle is upopened kept in a box sometimes here the temperature went uptill 47 we dont use that room often so Am not sure whether can I give the same unopned bottle syrup now or after coming back to India should I give please help thank youalso bottle expiry is jun 2027
