Can I give the full bottle of Bandy Plus 10ml Syrup to my 4 year old child? My son weighs 12 kg and he does not eat food properly. Please suggest

I have 10 months baby. Whenever she is teething she doesn't want to take any solid food, she wants to breastfeed only. I want to know till how many teeth baby teething problem would be there. Its always for 20 pair of teeth or only 2 to 3 teeth. My baby has 3 teeth now

My daughter is 20 days old, for the past 2 days she is coughing while breastfeeding even when I hold her head elevated.
