Hi Doctor, My son is 5 year old now, he has past history of seizure in high temperature. Our pediatric suggested it is common until 6 years however to avoid it during this period whenever there is fever give frizium tablet along with 5 ml of dolo 250 MG. Frizium to be given 1 tablet for 3 days.. my question is 1. Is  it necessary to give frisium tablet 3 days continously even if fever is controlled in second day itself. 2.How safe is to use frizium tablet. 3.When we are suppose to give this tablet is it when u read temperature 99 or 98? Hello, My 5 month old baby boy is 7.1 kg in weight and 71 CMS in height. He was born at 2.53kg weight. He is on mixed feed and takes formula thrice a day 120ml and the rest of the feed is breast milk. Can I increase the quantity of formula to 150ml? He is active and has more than 6 wet diapers.

My 10 month baby was having diarrhea since last week. Had a h/o fever and vomiting(twice) also. After taking pediatrician's medicine (lactobacillus syrup, bacipro raspule), all things are improved except stool consistency. Loose motion frequency is reduced from 7-8 times to 2-3 times. But he is still having some loose stool- sometimes watery and sometimes semi thick - and not having previous semi solid stool consistency. His all 8 incisors are already erupted. What could be the reason for this diarrhea not being improved? Also, his solid food taking capacity is reduced. Hardly taking half a bowl of food for his 3 meals with very much of efforts.( previously taking full bowl), his sleep is also very much disturbed since 15 days. What should be done for both?
