Multivitamin Gummies for 9 year old
Can I give multivitamin gummies for my 9 year old daughter. If yes which one is good. Are they really useful. She has started hairfall and sometimes complain of hand pain near the elbow. Also because of early school no sunshine etc.

Ya u can give multivitamin gummies.. any brand is ok add calcium also if possible.. or else give nutriet rich foods avoid outside foods
