Loose motions for 9 yr old child
My 9 old son is suffering from stomach ache and loose motions since yesterday. He has passed loose motions 5 times today. I am giving him curd rice , ors, nimbu pani repeatedly. I have given him 1 ampule of enterogermina oral suspension. He is feeling weak. Pls suggest what I should do ? Do I need to give him some medicines ?

Dear parents,     Give your kid tab zenflox oz half tab twice a day for 5days. Tab superspas half tab SOS for pain abdomen. Tab sporolac twice a day for 5days. ORS SOLUTION as required
