My 15-week-old baby received her routine vaccinations today, including the oral rotavirus vaccine. She already has silent reflux/possible GERD symptoms. After vaccination, she became much more uncomfortable, restless, and refluxy (severe regurgitation even when held upright, coughing) than usual. She seems unsettled after feeds and is having difficulty sleeping comfortably. I also gave Domstal (domperidone) at night for reflux symptoms. Wanted pediatric advice on: 1. Can the rotavirus vaccine temporarily worsen reflux, gas, or stomach discomfort in reflux babies? 2. Is increased fussiness/restlessness common after the vaccine in babies with silent reflux? 3. What symptoms would require urgent medical evaluation versus normal post-vaccine discomfort?

Hi my baby is 21 days old, I did a blanch test, I can still see jaundice in my baby, there is little bit in her eyes I just want to know how long will it last? Her jaundice test was done on 5th day which was 11,so doctor said no need of phototherapy but now it's been 21 days, I can see jaundice in blanch skin test what should be done? Her birth weight was 3.7kgs now she is 3.9kgs, born at 37weeks of pregnancy

My 2-year-old son has a very small hard bump on the scrotal skin. It feels like a tiny rice grain, is painless, and has no redness, swelling, pus, or fever. We noticed it today. Weather here is very hot (35–40°C). It appears superficial on the skin and not inside the testicle. What is this? Is observation enough or does he need examination/treatment? We noticed it last night only and attached images for reference

My 22 months old baby boy weight 11.8 kg. He is very active and playful baby but doctor suggested a ncct head for him as he said the head circumference is large than normal . He is normal from birth only his head size is big now it is 50 cm in circumference This is attached report of my baby. Please suggest what to do is it normal or a cause of concern.

Hi my toddler is 2.7years he is refusing to eat any good healthy food he only likes junk food, I have tried various things so that he can eat food, but no use it's been almost 10months where he is not eating proper food , he is 15kgs only fond of eating junk, also giving him aptivate but of no use. Please guide what can I do?

MY 4 year old son had vomitings from yesterday morning anything he ate he vomitted adm developed 102 fever in the evening. We are at village and consulted normal doctor (not a pediatrian). He didnt pass urine from morning 9 to evening 5. Aftr that he ate little bit and we visited hospital. He vomitted at hospital. Doctor prescribed attached injections and cannula. There are many injections. I am very much worried, if it requires these many and antibiotic and some other injections. He told to give these for 3 days. These many are really required. Please tell me if these cannot be given to my kid.

Hi,doc my baby is 13  months old ( baby boy ) & his head circumference is 48cm height 77.5 cm & current weight is 9.7kg . I worried about his head circumference (48 cm) is this normal?.. baby doing all activities & his milestone are also perfect .
