Child Health Issues

Hello, my 2 year old baby had fever and throat pain for 2.5 day( we give ibuprofen fever goes off and again comes back after 8 to 10 hr for those 2.5 day). Then fever was gone for the rest of the third day without any medicine. But next day (4th day)  he started coughing and sneezin a lot. We took him to doctor  in evening who said he got bronchitis. There was no visible breathing distress. Dr gave him puff and told us to also do at home 3 times a day. But after 2 hours of returning from doctor he got fever 101.5 (at night 10 pm). We gave ibuprofen. Fever came down. But again after 6 hour fever is back. Is it something serious? My main concern is fever went off more than 24 hour. Now again it is back.

Visited pediatric dentist today, baby is 2.5 months old she was diagnosed with posterior toungue tie at 2 month. They suggested to do thereoy for a month before release. Dentist told that dont have mich hope you can expect only 10% improvement after release. I am really worried. Should I continue therepy and leave the release for now. Baby takes expressed breast milk by bottle. The intake is very less 40-50 ml in a single feed. Baby feeds every two hours in morning. In night 4-5 hrs still take 60 ml only.feed is very slow. Cry has reduced in between feeding but not stopped

When I was changing diaper of my baby boy( 2 weeks old) he urinated and that urine was on his face and 2 drops that he tasted. Is it fine? M really worried. please guide He took formula feed 90 ml after that and pooped too Please help me

Hello Doctor, My younger son is 4.5 years now,he will repeat the word wat i say in both kannada and English. He will tell A to Z , 1-100, few rhymes,colors,pictures. But when i ask question he doesn't  respond , just reply with word How to overcome this speech delay, pls help me.

My 3 month baby is thumb sucking both at wake time and during sleep.I am not stopping  her. But after this behavior, she reduced her play activities. Her vocal play and focus towards play objects has been reduced. She predominantly likes to lay down and thumb suck and avoids her usual play and family member's interaction.

My baby is 4 month old.. initialy i gave sunsip- d3 800 iu dose 0.5ml  to my baby... now i want to switch vitomin d3 400iu.. can i give vitomin d3 cipla and how much ?

Dear Doctors, my wife is unable to breastfeed new born baby because her breast inverted nipple. Have tried with syring to pull out but it goes inside. I am so confused what to do now please help dear sir/ madam.

Hello doctors... I have 32 weeks pre mature baby. 2 months completed now. ( 40 weeks completed) . Wright 3.2kg. She vomitting after every feed. I burp her in all method. But also she vomitting milk. Curd type vomitting. Some time she feed continuesy one hour. 6 to 7 times passing urin 3 to 4 times passing motion. She vomitting after every feed? I gave Domstal syrup but also vomitting. What to do? Please suggest me

My daughters birth weight is 2.55kg..at her first vaccine (6weeks) her weight is 3.34..and at second vaccine (10 weeks) her weight is 3.795 at 2months 9days age.. the weight gain is ok or lower range?please reply..what is ideal weight gain of birth  weight after 2months 9days?please reply
