My 15month old toddler has fever of 100degree,weight 11kgs,giving calpol 100mg drops every 6hrs from last 36 hrs..how long can I give paracetamol

Hi I am a mother of 4 and half month old baby i have burning and tingling feeling on my upper lip area and small bumps are there not in clusters and I single handedly take care of my child but i am scared of the harm from hsv in baby so is it only risky in early weeks or what I am scared that I might ha e hsv and since from 1 month i have burning feeling on and off and unknowingly i have transfer to my baby by kissing her check i am scared she has no lip blisters but she is fussy crys more by birth please guide me i am terrified

My 7 weeks newborn baby starts to cry at night and does not sleep properly. He also vomits his feed sometimes, mainly right after burping ( 5 to 15ml ), depending on the feed he had. He is exclusively on aptima gold formula feed. His birth weight was 2.4kg and his current weight is 4kg. He is bottle fed. What may be the reason behind his cry and vomit?

Hello doctors, My daughter is 2 months 25 days old. From last few days she is refusing the breastfeeding. She will drink expressed milk from spoon. She will latch the breast but after few seconds she pulls away crying. If I reoffer also she will cry and pulls away. From evening time onwards she will take the breastfeeding for 4-5 min per feed. But during morning time she will completely refuse. She is ok with sleep feeding. Can you please suggest on this?

Hello doctor, My baby girl is 3 months old ..her birth weight is 3.6kgs on 04/04/2026 and now her weight is 5kgs ... Her weight gain is like this.. at the time of discharge..on 10/04/2026 weight is 3.2kgs..on 06/05/2026 weight is 4.3kgs... on 07/06/2026 weight is 4.8kgs ..now her weight is 5kgs... She is on exclusive breastfeeding upto two months... Now on average 4-5 times on breastfeeding remaining on formula milk due to low milk supply..she is accepting only 60 ml of formula for 2 hours...her urine output is more than 10 times..she is playful and at night she is sleeping for 5-6hours continuously... 1.How is her weight gain? 2.she is not feeding properly...how much milk she should consume per day? Please suggest doctor... I am worried and stressed lot due to low milk supply and her feeding.

My 11 year old daughter attended puberty on May 8, second periods on June 10, flow was not heavy but this month period came early on July 5 with heavy bleeding on 2 days , also we have taken HPV second dose in 27 th June, is it because of vaccine this month cycle is like this

Typhoid ... CBC ... ESR ...CRP ... Chest Xray all came back normal ... Kindly suggest what's need to be done as I am very much worried regarding her cough

Hello Doctor, My baby is 3 months old. After the cord fell off, there was an umbilical granuloma. I applied salt multiple times (10 to 15 times Total), and now it has become very small with no discharge. Kindly advise if any further treatment is needed. Thank you.

My 7 weeks old is breast feeding for longer duration and frequently nursing. 6+ wet diapers daily and gaining weight. Why the time is so long and asking for milk frequently? This is exhausting. Is formula required?

How to make mew born infant latch the milk and also how to increase the lactose or milk supply for feed? I had tightness in breast after 4th day of delivery now using hot water bottles and breast pump. But milk is still coming less and need adequate quantity. Thanks for advise.
