Hello Doctor, What is the quantity in ml for rabies booster dose ID? They given me .1 ml in deltoid in one side only. I mean on day 0 they gave me total .1ml. Is this right quantity? Also if someone taking first time arv ID. The quantity should be .1 in both deltoids. Total .2ml ?

Dear Doctor's, my daughter who is in 4 th month now have little bit swollen breast due to milk collection. As many doctors says breast milk of a baby should not be removed foribly by squeezing it , we have not squeezed to remove the milk . Is it fine to leave as is or should we do something to take off the milk from the baby's breast . Please do suggest me on this . Thank you

My daughter is 4.5 years old and has been experiencing a dry cough for the past one month. The cough is not continuous but occurs daily at different times. We have given cough syrup, but there has been no significant improvement. Kindly suggest the possible cause and further treatment.

My baby is 24 days old she cry every time when I stop inbetween  breast feeding to burp her and she always want to keep nipple inside her mouth when she is not sleeping she is crying always and while feeding she moves her hand and leg very tightly. After feeding some times during burping session she vomits milk and some times after burp also she vomits curdy milk if we try to keep her upright she is very fussy. My baby is 2.5 months , She often had colic issue /gas issue , so my doctor asked me to change my formula milk , He said Similac classic is causing baby gas , we must change it to Nan pro .. But I bought Lactogen as it was in my budge ..I am not getting breast milk so baby is feed only formula milk ... To be honest , Similac was causing her gas and lactogen pro is better .. My doctor prescribed Superflora GG drops for 21 days . Can we continue it for more than 21 days ?

Dear Doc, My baby was born on 10th march 2026 and she is having a sacral dimple by birth. I am writing to seek your guidance regarding my newborn baby’s recent ultrasound (USG) findings. As per the report: A sacral pit has been noted. There is a hypoechoic tract extending from the spinal canal to the subcutaneous tissue, which is closed at the skin level. The last visualized posterior element of the sacral vertebra appears small. No lipoma has been appreciated. MRI has been suggested for further evaluation. Clinically, my baby is currently doing well: Normal leg movements Feeding properly No visible swelling, discharge, or redness at the site On physical observation, the pit is very small, located slightly above the buttock crease. I would like your expert opinion on the following: How concerning are these USG findings in the current context? i want to understand its severity and her future complication if there is any ? also what precautions can be taken at this stage?
