Dear Doctors, My son has some concerns I'd like your guidance on. He jerks frequently during sleep and cannot sleep independently. Someone must hold him to sleep, and if left alone he wakes crying within 30 minutes. This started before his eczema diagnosis. He sleeps in fetal position, is a hot sleeper, sweats heavily and loses fluids at night. Sleep heart rate is around 100–120 bpm. Previously seborrheic dermatitis, now atopic dermatitis. Total IgE >2500 with dust mite, fungi and yeast sensitivities. My questions: 1. Could sleep jerking be neurological or allergy related? 2. Is 100–120 bpm normal during sleep? 3. Is poor sleep worsening his skin? 4. Should we do any tests or  scanning? Thank you.

My baby is 6 month old and am breastfeeding, took saridon for cluster pain, now I am worried after knowing that saridon is not safe during breastfeeding. What to do now, will it affect baby, for how long I should avoid feeding.

My doctor prescribed 5 ml tasiron in the morning and 5 ml in the evening for my 16 month old baby. The bottles recommends only 5 ml a day. But the prescription says to take 10 ml a day. What to do? How much should I administer?

My 3-month-old daughter had viral diarrhea and was prescribed zinc and probiotics. She also received anti-vomiting medication, after which the vomiting lasted only one day. However, her loose stools continued for 2–3 days. She is now recovering, but her milk intake has reduced to about 600–700 mL per day. She remains active but tends to fall asleep during feeds. What should I do?

When my son was 2years old we check with "Neuro developmental and behavioral speech therapist". He diagnosed speech delay/impulsive. At 3yrs when we checked speech delay/SPD. We started speech therapy. Do we really need to be concerned like something more serious? How much time it takes to recover. Till last week he was on bottle feedi ssng but now we stopped. He says some words but is not meaningful, sometimes meaning ful. He walks at 18months of age. Screen time is 1-1.5hrs.
