Child Health Issues

My 5 year old daughter's ultrasound report says mesenteric lymph node of size 15*7mm , as 2 days before we did ultrasound. She occasionally says pain in whole belly , other than that she has no other symptoms like vomiting or fever or diarrhea. Doctor prescribed omniscient syrup , septran syrup along with rantop . I have given 3thrice (night. Next morning and night) , after that she said pain in chest area and difficulty in breathing. So I stopped. Please tell me what should I do

My child is 8years old...weight is 27kg...for 10days she has been  suffering from  fever... previously it was low fever 99F, 99.5F like that...after 7days now fever is coming once in day at night time..sometimes 104F 102F 101F respectively for 3days...dengu malaria typhoid scrab typhus all tests result came oot normal..cbc CRP report have slight difference... antibiotic is running already..still fever is coming ..what could be the reason behind this fever..what should I do ..now ... please suggest...

3.5 months baby. Accidentally drank breastmilk left in bottle overnight in room temperature which he had taken few sips at night before sleep. At Morning again  fresh milk was collected in another bottle, but during feeding, was accidentally given wrong bottle. This expired milk scenario was on 20th morning. That day he was normal. At evening he pooped. He had already pooped that day morning before taking milk. Previously, normally he used to poop once in 2-4 days. Again at night he pooped. Next day on 21st  he pooped once. On 22 nd he pooped 4-5 times. On 23rd pooped once. On 24th today he had pooped twice. The poop is semi liquid seedy type, not fully liquid. Normally he did once in 2-3 days ,thick paste type. No fever till now thankfully, no vomiting. Baby is normal. Just feel like taking feed little lesser than before. Little cranky than before sometimes. Rest urine is absolutely normal. Baby is playing and cooing. That are ok. Will it get ok on its own or medicine required?

6 month old baby started solids once/day from last week and twice / day from this week along with breastfeeding. Water given in sips one full table spoon per meal.Her pee count has been drastically increased. Usually she pees around 10-12 per day. But now around 20 times per day. At nights it could be calculated, as I am also asleep Is it an issue

How to make mew born infant latch the milk and also how to increase the lactose or milk supply for feed? I had tightness in breast after 4th day of delivery now using hot water bottles and breast pump. But milk is still coming less and need adequate quantity. Thanks for advise.

Hello, My son is around 4 month and 11 days now and his weight is around 7.1 kg . He was born 3.3 kg . Till last month his weight was around 6 kg it was increase 2kg every month but this month he gained only 1 kg . Also he is spitting curd like milk after every feed as he has started rolling so pressure on tummy but sometimes without pressure also he vomits curd and saliva . He has cold cough due to.weather. I met pediatrician two days back.he said everything is OK. But need second opinion also . He has mucus also but breathing normally. He is on formula feed since birth and his hair also falling. Also he has flat head one side due to side sleeping . These are my concern. Please reply.

We have under the sink water purifier. To control the cockroaches, i kept nepthalene balls in the unit near the water purifier. Nepthalene balls were there for a week near water purifier. We started smelling and tasting nepthalene in our purified water. I removed the nepthalene balls. We used this water for a week. I have 6 year old daughter who drank the same water everyday for a week. Do I need to be worried. Do I need to get her checked. Did some research in gemini ai, and I am very scared to know that they are toxic

Could you please help me on what relevant actions should I take. She was used to waking up and sucking to go back to sleep again for an year now. She wakes 3-4 times during the night. Luckily she has started to sleep somewhat better last week (woke up only 1-2 times). Then she got fever after her first birthday celebration (this is the first ever time she is getting fever in a whole year). Now, she doesnt sleep.... she keeps sucking and i am exhausted through out the night... the most painful thing is she has got 5 teeth and is irritating my both breasts.... And am worried that she is not taking continuous sleep of 4-5 hrs and that might affect her health in the long run ....

My daughter is 2.9 months old today ahe was lightly coughing in morning and then vomitted 2 times and refused to est anything. Then her body temperature raised to 101F so I gave her paracetamol 260syrup 4ml. What to do else??? What these symptoms indicate??? I should ryah to hospital or manage it at home.Plz help

My son got vaccinated in gov hospital in noida.. Before that he got vaccinated in Lucknow UP. We have gov  Vaccination card from Lucknow which says Japanese Encephalitis in 9 month but in noida  Japanese Encephalitis vaccine is not allowed...our hometown is lucknow and we go there so do need to get him that vaccine or not?
