Baby is 16 months old while e is sitting his back is slightly bent he is milestones are normal ... He is walking without support

My baby is 7 days old. At the time motion his stool is yellow/mustard colour with small seedy or grainy pieces . It can sometimes look thick or pasty like this photo. Is this normal or any digestion problem behind this.

Doctor was prescribed clavam forte antibiotic for my daughter for ear infection today 3rd day morning I forgot to put it in refrigerator it was outside for 7 hours.can that be given will it decreases its efficiency

Hello Doctor, My son is 2 years 6 months old. I have two concerns: 1. One grey/white hair on his scalp, first noticed on [12th Sep'2026]. No other hair changes so far. 2. Skin bumps: a single 3-4 mm pink, dome-shaped, pearly bump on his right upper arm, growing gradually. There is also a tiny 1-2 mm red bump near his mouth/chin and a faint red patch on his cheek. No itching, bleeding or pain.PFA FOR REFERENCE. I am seeking advice for my 16-month-old son who has intermittent, one-sided bloody nipple discharge. I occasionally notice small spots of blood on his t-shirt coming strictly from his left nipple. There are no visible scratches, cuts, or signs of surface irritation. I have gently pressed the area to check for active bleeding, but nothing comes out manually, and I never catch it in the exact moment it happens. Your help in evaluating this would be deeply appreciated.

My 2.8 year old is having hard stools...she is crying while passing gas also and not allowing me to touch there and complaining pain near anus....i noticed small skin during cleaning. Baby of 5.5 months under combination feed. Till last week was feeding normally. But now from last 2-3 days not accepting feeds like normal. Taking very low feeds. 2-3 times sucking and then crying. After sometime again we are trying to offer feed. Again feeding for 20-30 seconds and again not accepting feeds. Tried with Both mothers milk as well as formula feed. Aptamil Gold 1 Age -5.5 months Weight -8 kgs Baby boy. Urine 6-8 times Poop colour-Dark Greenish paste type, once in 4-5 days Please guide what can be the reason for not accepting feeds?
