What is the remedy of lactose oversupply in breastmilk, causing several green loose stools in the baby along with passing of gas?

Someone please tell me why that stains in urine. I am a mother of a 5 month old baby boy. His weight is 7.5 kg. He attained his milestone and took his feed. Everything is fine but I am observing stains in diapers as attached in the picture

Hello sir/ ma'am, I want to ask for my 3 yrs old daughter, who have recently undergoing potty training. Now she want to use washroom without anyone's help. Under this scenario she is not passing stool properly (in 24 hrs)and feeling very constipated all time. (Complaints of stomach pain at night). Should we give her any medicines or laxative. My baby is 9.5 months old and has fever since two days. We are giving Crocin drop 1.4 ml but fever is not reducing so we gave 4 ml ibuprofen and then fever is again coming after 8 hours. Crocin drop is not working in fever . When we are giving ibuprofen temperature got down but again fever is coming in 7-8 Hours. Apart from fever no other symptoms. What will be the fever for the fever.

.my son is 6 month 17 days old..he is doing 5 times in a day with same consistency with mucus.. I went to dr previous week..he had given oflaxcin and metrogyl.. Ors Probiotic.. I have attached pic of my baby's stool. Is this called loose stool.is it normal or I have to worry about it.
