I didn't give my baby vitamin d for first 4 months is there any harm to her or if I start now is ok any precautions need to be taken please guide

Hello Dr My daughter 2yr 3 months old yesterday ate popcorn 3 pieces and after she passed 4 stools not loose today early morning got fever 100 f give p250 2.5ml morning 9 am gave plain Dosa after that little loose stool with mucus fever 100.8f what medication need please help

How much ml of Calcimax-P syrup and Tonoferon drops can be given to 11 month old boy baby whose teething has not started yet? (If given with vitamin D3 800IU and without giving vitamin D3 800IU,  what is the dosage for the above supplements) Note: weight of baby -8.5kg

My 15 mnth baby boy urinating in every 1 hr some times half an hour is it normal???... ... ... ... .

My 3 months old breastfeeds for 10-15 mins, sleeps on the breast and gets up again and feeds again. This is a continuous issue everyday for long hours, and then she again cries for milk. When we give formula, she feels happy and sleeps. I have been trying to make a routine and shift to exclusive bf but she does not want to actively breastfeed. Hence I have to give her formula. I am not sure how the entire India is exclusively breastfeeding.

My autistic child is unable to tell about any discomfort or pain. Due to frequent ear drain outs I showed to many  ENT but no where he co operated for ear cleaning. Then an ENT  detected adenoids and prescribed fluticasone nasal spray to my son. But due to lack of information I used 2 spray (one each nostril) twice a day for 4  days after that child started coughing and so I reduced dose one spray in one nostril twice a day. But still slowly coughing went so bad he was unable to sleep when nasal spray was used. Coughing took half an hour to normalise After 10 days he had  fever and cold and whenever I use nasal spray his fever rises. Augmentin was given for 3 days nothing seems working. Now I have stopped fluticasone. Fever is gone by  PCM. Please help me.  What should I do is it serious.

My baby who is 2 years and 9 months old and weighs 14.75 kg. On day before yesterday he had fever and had potty four times, within 5-6 hours. He was not able to sleep at night because of pain in stomach. Yesterday We consulted with our family doctor and he advised few medicines which helped us to get relieved from fever, however his stool movement was not normal. From today morning he is passing blood with his potty, and sometimes colour of potty changes, sometimes it looks like white and sometimes it's greenish. We performed a test of potty and we are sharing the test results. Medicines prescribed by our doctor are as follows: 1. O2M - Ofloxacin and Metronidazole 2. Vigilac 3. Neopeptine 4. Decolic and today he advised us to give baby Bandy plus. Please provide us proper solution and whether the medicines can cure the existing condition..?

My daughter is 2.3 years old and her weight is 9.2 kg and recently consulted pediatrician for contipation issue. He had prescribed laxopeg laxative for one sachet morning and 1 bedtime for total 7 days. I followed it and gave one night and next morning , during afternoon she gets fever and refused to eat anything and barely drinking any liquid due to which she looks dehydrated. Post consultation again doctor prescribed her paracetamol and the Syvacit medication to increase the apetite. I just wanted to know and take second opinion if this medication is safe for 2 year old. As she is under weight and she has very less appetite doctor have prescribed this medicine.pls help me with this as I don't want to take any further risk as she is anyway suffering from constipation and fever currently.

My baby took 3 nd half month vaccine on May 29th at that time OPV is given again this month 28th  OPV can be given or not
