Hello Doctor, my daughter is 1 year 10 months old. She developed a high fever today, reaching 103.8°F. She also has a mild cough, a hoarse/changed voice, and noisy breathing while sleeping. Today she was examined by another pediatrician, who diagnosed a lower respiratory tract infection and started amoxicillin-clavulanate (Bax CV), a cough syrup, and Meftal-P. Her oxygen saturation was 98–99%. After Meftal-P, the fever came down, but after about 3–4 hours it rose again to 103.8°F. She vomited once with a lot of phlegm but has not vomited again. Is this expected during the first day of antibiotics, or does she need to be examined again or have any change in treatment?

A 12-day-old baby has developed some blister-like bumps with white heads on the vein of their forehead; there is no fever, and the baby is feeding and behaving normally. The parents are worried about these bumps. Will this go away on its own?thanks.

I gave albendazole 10 ml to 5 year old on 31 aug at night before sleeping next day in the evening she developed mild fever 99.7 , every 6-8 hours mild fever is reoccurring and i am giving mefkind ds 5 ml because paracetamol doesnt break her fever is it viral or any side effect of albendazole (deworming suspension)

Hello Doctor, My baby was born full-term on 27 September 2025 with a birth weight of 3 kg. He is now around 10 months old and weighs 9.5 kg. He is breastfed and also eats solid food well (about half a bowl twice a day). I am concerned about his motor development. He can roll over on his own, crawls very fast on his tummy (army crawling), bears weight on his legs when supported, and can sit only for about 2–4 minutes without support before losing balance. He is not yet getting into the hands-and-knees crawling position and is not crawling on all fours. He also cannot stand without support. His other developmental milestones seem good. He smiles, makes good eye contact, responds to his name, understands simple interactions, says sounds like "mama" and "papa," claps, and holds toys well with both hands. Could you please advise: 1. Does this suggest an isolated motor developmental delay? 2. What could be the possible causes? 3. Which investigations do you recommend (ultrasound, MRI, ,
