Child Health Issues

Hi All, My baby boy is 2 year 5 months old and his current height is 86.5 cm. Is the height normal as per the age or all a lower side ?? His birth height was 48 cm. Please suggest..!!

My 4.5 years old son had issues with concentration. He learned counting and Abcd when he was just 2 years old. But he wasn't responding on other talks until 3 years. While he was more concentrated on self activities such as building blocks. Now in last 6-8 months, he progressed a lot and he respond to lot of instructions, his memory is very sharp and can repeat many english poems and complete Sanskrit mantras, however, during this time he has become hyperactive, stubborn for going outside still doesn't communicate in sentences or words though he understand what i am telling him, doesn't do simple things. Earlier he was very interested in drawing and sketches but now he doesn't focus on that as well, he would break color pens and pull out what's inside that pen and paint walls and cloths. While in the school he remains very calm, doesn't interact much with other kids and doesn't do social activities but when comes at home he does opposite. I live in Jammu, J&k, looking for suggestions.

Doctor, my daughter will turn 3 years old this month. For the last 4 months, I have noticed that she lies in a cobra-like position and rubs her genital area. She does this mostly when she is relaxed or idle. She stops if we distract her, but the behavior worries me. I want to know if this is normal self-stimulation for her age or if it needs any medical evaluation. There are no signs of itching, redness, pain, or any unusual behavior otherwise. Please advise.

My 11 Months old son has mucus in stool persistent ly. For two days if it is not present then after two days mucus can be shown again in stool.He had loose motion twice and once with blood.His birth weight was 2.3kg and now his weight is 7.4kg. He eats one banana daily. He eats 3times rice with papaya, potato, chayote. He eats one time home made Cerelac with oats, roasted chana, dal. Why is my son having mucus in stool frequently?

Hello doctor. My kid is 2.7 years old and he is not eating any  food except milk for 2 times daily, moreover he is passing his stool very hard and sometimes with blood. So we consulted doctor, he suggested to use aristozyme-200 ml liquid daily for 10 ml i.e; two times morning 5 ml and night 5 ml. We are using it since 13 days. But his stool passing is same as before and now I am more worried that I can continue this dose or not as I feel it is very high dose. Please can anyone suggest.
