Child Health Issues

Hi, My baby is 11 months old. She fell from bed which is of her height (71cms) and hit the back of her head. There is no swelling or bruises as of now. Is it dangerous? What are the signs to look out for?

My son got this rash like on skin near nose, under the eye. Some little bumps in a cluster, child is otherwise happy and eating well, Pls advise

My son is 33 months I thought that he has eaten some small steel pin charging upward pin he didn't show any actions that he has eaten so I have doubt I'm not confident about that so is it important to consult a doctor or is it ok

My 4.5 years old son had issues with concentration. He learned counting and Abcd when he was just 2 years old. But he wasn't responding on other talks until 3 years. While he was more concentrated on self activities such as building blocks. Now in last 6-8 months, he progressed a lot and he respond to lot of instructions, his memory is very sharp and can repeat many english poems and complete Sanskrit mantras, however, during this time he has become hyperactive, stubborn for going outside still doesn't communicate in sentences or words though he understand what i am telling him, doesn't do simple things. Earlier he was very interested in drawing and sketches but now he doesn't focus on that as well, he would break color pens and pull out what's inside that pen and paint walls and cloths. While in the school he remains very calm, doesn't interact much with other kids and doesn't do social activities but when comes at home he does opposite. I live in Jammu, J&k, looking for suggestions.

We are taking vaccine from govt hospital for my baby. On 9th months he has vaccine for MR,but I want to take MMR as that will cover mumps also. Kindly let me know what we should do at 9th month. Should we take both MR and MMR ?
