Hello Doctor, My son is 11 years and 5 months old. He is 146 cm tall and weighs 42 kg. He has developed thick, noticeable pubic hair above the penis, but there is no visible underarm or facial hair yet. This morning, he noticed a whitish fluid-like discharge from his penis and had mild discomfort in the genital area. Could this be a normal part of puberty, or could there be another cause that needs evaluation? Also, I have not noticed a significant growth spurt recently. His height gain over the past couple of years seems slower than before. Could his pubertal development be progressing normally despite the absence of a rapid growth spurt? Please advise whether this is expected during puberty and if any examination or investigations are needed. Thank you.

My 1 year old son weighs only 7.5 kg. Our doctor has also raised concern about his weight gain. We’ve been advised to increase iron-rich foods in his diet and also start iron syrup. The biggest challenge is that he simply refuses to eat. The moment he wakes up, he wants milk first,if I don’t feed him, he cries a lot. Because of this, I’m struggling to establish a proper meal routine, and he often refuses solids altogether. The only positive thing is that he’s very active, playful, and meets his milestones well, but his weight is a constant worry for me. I’m feeling really stressed and anxious about his eating habits and weight. Please suggest if there's any underline issue related to it. Bw - 2.27 kg Preterm baby at 35 week.

Hi doctor My kid age is 3yrs 5months From birth to till now we are using dermadew baby soap..shall we continue same in this age also...or we need to change every 3yrs once soap??? Note : she dont have any allergy,rashes and all perfectly fine with that soap

Hello Doctor, My 3-year-old son has had some redness and slight swelling in his genital area (penis) since last night. He does not allow us to touch the area, as it seems to be causing him some discomfort. However, he is otherwise completely normal—he is active, playful, and passing urine without any pain or difficulty. He wears a diaper only for about 3 hours while he is at playgroup, and after that he remains diaper-free for the rest of the day. Could you please let us know if this is something common that may settle on its own, or if he should be examined by a pediatrician? Also, please advise if any medication or cream is needed. Baby of 2 months 20 days. Previously used to pass stool almost 10-15 times daily. But from last 2 days not passed stool even once. Pls suggest. Urine is normal 10-12  times a day. Weight 5.5 kgs Breast feeding and formula milk both. Nestle Nan pro excella -1 Crankiness is there.  Sleeping but getting up in 10-15 minutes. Passing gas many times as usual. But stool is not there.

Hello doctors, My daughter is 2 months 25 days old. From last few days she is refusing the breastfeeding. She will drink expressed milk from spoon. She will latch the breast but after few seconds she pulls away crying. If I reoffer also she will cry and pulls away. From evening time onwards she will take the breastfeeding for 4-5 min per feed. But during morning time she will completely refuse. She is ok with sleep feeding. Can you please suggest on this?
