Hi ,my baby is 3.5 month old still neck is not stable why its still need support will it be ok is some days

If baby burps asap after taking her on shoulder after feed,should I continue to burp or stop and make her sleep,please answer this

My daughter had a fever, so the doctor gave her Mankind Paracetamol and Mefenamic Acid Suspension medicine. After one day she was absolutely fine by the Grace of God. We've also run some tests on her. Her LFTs (liver function tests) showed an SGOT of 65.5 uU/L, an AST:ALT ratio of 1.94, and a bilirubin level of 0.28. Are these reports normal?

Hello doctor My baby 4 days as of now.we have ran vitamin d test yesterday.Should we re test again after 3 days.please suggeste me. For reference I have uploaded screenshots And also please check bilirubin and thyroid values. Is everything normal or should we take any precautions.. Thank you
