Greetings Possible reasons for this presentation include a viral upper respiratory infection, a mild localized inflammation, or simple environmental fluctuations from active play and warm clothing. To support recovery, you can keep the child hydrated with plenty of fluids, dress them in light clothing, and ensure they get adequate rest. Kindly consult doctor in person
