hello..give paracetamol syrup to ur child according  to her weight..possibly of viral etiology.wait for 2 to 3 days.give paracetamol in proper dosage when fever comes..if it persists more than 3 days go for detail evaluation after consulting a nearest pediatrician. .hope this answer will be helpful to you. .
