Hai .. for 6 year child bandy syrup ( 5ml - 200mg ) should be given 10 ml per dose , repeat after 2 weeks , give some time to get action of given medication
Greetings
It takes 1 to 3 days for Bandy Syrup to fully kill pinworms, so seeing active movement tonight is normal.
A second dose exactly two weeks later is required to kill newly hatched worms since the medication cannot destroy eggs.
You must treat all household members simultaneously, even if asymptomatic, to prevent a continuous reinfection cycle.
Wash all bedding, pajamas, and undergarments in hot water daily without shaking them to eliminate lingering eggs.
Keep your daughter's fingernails trimmed very short and enforce strict handwashing after using the toilet and before meals.
Apply a mild soothing cream externally and consult a pediatrician to safely address the vaginal inflammation.
