Multiple doses are sometimes needed..
You need to look for the cause for repeated infestation rather than giving Albendazole every now and then. Follow proper schedule.
First of all, given dose of albendazole doesnt cause any problem. And seems like she was heavily infested, so might need more dose than usual. Also prevent auto infestation. Toilet hygiene, nail hygiene, wash the vegetables thoroughly before eating them raw, change the bed linens, observe for any soil or paint eating habit.
Seems like your child is autoinfecting herself/ himself again and again.
Next Steps
1. Bathing your child early in morning removes a large chunk of worms
2. change underpants daily
3. see if your child eats soil/ inedible items
4. May require Pyrantel pamoate - under the supervision of a pediatrician
5. Wash your child's hands frequently, specially before meals
