Child Health Issues

Hello dr,my kid is of 8 year old boy he had gastroenteritis since 6-7 days We hv given him enterogermina and sporolac- sp tablet but he  is having loose motions 1-2 ina day and sometimes looking fine sometimes looking drowsy  and  having  only fruit,juice but refusing to eat the meal and  sometimes complaining abdominal pain  also Kindly help ...

Can we give Muout powder in butter milk or lemon water as the child doesn't drink plain water or milk.

My baby is 4 month but her wake wibdow is only 40 to 60 mins is it normal or she should stay awake till 1.5 hours

My 8 month old son has stopped drinking any milk at night. It started when he turned 7 month old at first he used to take only 1 feed of 90 ml, then it became 60, then 30 and now 0. Even at daytime also his milk intake has reduced. I give him solids 2 times in a day, at first he used to drink between 650 - 740ml still he is taking solids two times a day but his milk consumption is only 500-600 ml per day. His weight is around 7kgs and it is very difficult to increase his weight. Please suggest what should I do and why he has stopped taking milk?

My baby is 3 months old (4.8 kg weight) and she is breastfeeding but a day before yesterday I gave her formula milk ( It becomes solid not expired). Yesterday she had stomach pain in the morning but it resolved after sometime ( I gave her colicaid) but from today morning she is pooping greenish potty. Is this normal or infection? Can you suggest any medicine? I have neopeptine too...

Is it necessary to give iron drops to a six month old baby? If yes please suggest a name of iron drops

Yesterday my son suffered from vomatting and loose motion so i went for doctor.. doctor suggested for 2 d echo in which report showing, " small pda with ? Bi cuspid aortic valve" and suggested paediatric cardiology. Please describe about the disease.. is it common in children's? Is it a major issue or minor? What treatment available for this disease?

Hi doctor My kid  4.6  was very active he had fever ysdy gave p250  till this afternoon.He was fine went to school and was active too now , but suddenly he has got temp of 100.4 it's too hot outside at Chennai,is this normal ............. Pls advise

My son is 2 years and 9 months old. He was in Kerala till 2 years old and then we shifted to Delhi. All his milestones were on time. But he is experiencing speech delay. He speaks 20 words. Also says "Amma umma" means "mom kiss" and "amma ichichi" means "amma potty"and " amma pappa" means " amma food". His eye contact is very good. He understands everything I say and he observes what me and his papa says. He has no screen time till 2 years except some film songs. Now he has screen time up to 1 -2 hrs. He has just normal tantrums at all. I am very worried. Everybody is suggesting that I put him in kid school so that he will naturally improve. What should I do. I consulted a paediatrician. She suggested me  to  give him more time. Please advice me
