Periods came early before 1 week
My 11 year old daughter attended puberty on May 8,
second periods on June 10,
flow was not heavy
but this month period came early on July 5 with heavy bleeding on 2 days , also we have taken HPV second dose in 27 th June, is it because of vaccine this month cycle is like this

Irregular periods and sudden heavy bleeding are very common during the first two years after puberty.The young body takes time to stabilize hormone levels, leading to highly unpredictable early cycles.Immune responses from recent vaccinations can occasionally cause minor, temporary changes in a menstrual cycle.
heavier flow is much more likely an expected body adjustment than a vaccine complication.

This is normal during the first few years after menarche (the onset of periods). it is common for menstrual cycles to be irregular as the body takes time to establish a regular hormonal pattern. The cycle length may vary, and the flow can also differ from one cycle to another.it can vary anywhere from 21-45 days generally ..
If you mean changing a sanitary pad every 4–5 hours, that is generally considered normal.
You should consult a doctor if:
* There is a gap of more than 45 days between periods.
* The bleeding lasts for more than 7–10 days.
* The flow is very heavy (such as soaking a pad every 1–2 hours or passing large clots)
Ensure she maintains a balanced diet, drinks plenty of fluids, practices good intimate hygiene, and uses a warm compress over the lower abdomen if she has menstrual cramps.
This is not related to the vaccine.

This is certainly not because of vaccine.Since her periods started in may itself, it was her third cycle. Periods are irregular initially for few months . This is normal. It will take some time for her periods to be regular. Ensure healthy diet and regular exercise.

The HPV vaccine is very unlikely to be the cause of this change in her menstrual cycle. In the first 1–2 years after a girl’s first period (menarche), it is very common for cycles to be irregular because ovulation has not yet become regular. A cycle of 31 days (May 8 → June 10) followed by 25 days (June 10 → July 5) is still within the expected variation in early puberty. Some cycles may also be a little heavier than others.
