Hello dr,my son is of 9 years old healthy boy Since 2 days he is  having fever and cough I hv given him ibugesic plus syrup fever and cough syrup as well Fever  is getting reduce in afternoon but morning and evening again fever coming Due to that the child becoming week and seems uncomfortable even he is getting loose Kindly help me out ...

My son 15 month old ..bw 2.4 kg now around 7.8 to 7.9 kg.. He just started walking..he is very lean.. Plz advise dose of calximax p for him...he ia already taking ato z drops 1ml and tasiron drops 1ml as per docter.

8 months old does not respond to very much to name sometimes she does and not interested in peekaboo or mirror play but she smiles bables (monosyllables) laugh have separation anxiety army crawls pull to stand rolls in both direction show hands to be picked up. I was seeing in Internet that no response and disinterest in peekaboo or mirror play can be a sign of autism. Should I be worried?

3 months baby boy crying while passing gas and not passing stool till 7 days after 7 days he is crying and uncomfortable so we adopt push method in anus then he passes stool. Hello Doctor, my daughter Jannat is 1 year 10 months old and weighs around 10 kg. She developed fever, initially around 100.8°F, so I was giving Calpol. Her fever increased to 103.5°F, so I consulted her doctor again. He asked me to stop Calpol and changed her medicines. Earlier, she was treated with Meftal P, Ventimox-CV (antibiotic) and cough syrup. Now the doctor has prescribed Patmox (antibiotic), Sypara and Novrex-LS (cough syrup). He also gave a medicine/pill through the rectal area due to the high fever. Could you please confirm whether Patmox is safe, considering she recently had Ventimox-CV, and whether it is necessary? Is the rectal medicine safe? Since her fever reached 103.5°F, does she need any blood, urine or other tests?

Hi Dr my daughter is not eating fruits. Due to this I see lack of nutrition and important daily vitamins. Is it safe to give supplements to 6 yrs old. I heard of multivitamins gummies, how safe they are and can these be given to children. Or any other alternative to this.
