No dont give any syrup without considering doctors atleast to neonates as there are many drugs causing sideeffects to children which can be safe in adults.any other symptom apart from voiting.

Use drop domstal baby and burp baby for 15min after each feed . You can give drop coaid 0.5ml sos when baby is cranky and irritable . Which milk are you giving ?

Hello
Spit ups are common in this age group immediately after feeds due to physiological reflux.if baby is comfortable, gaining weight, has adequate urine output, sleeping well , feeding well you need not worry. Give small frequent feeds, burp well and keep the baby upright for 20-30 min after feed.
If vomiting is persistent after every feed with baby being irritable , excessive crying, yellowish greenish vomitus you need to consult your paediatrician. As of now you need not give the medicine.

No, it is not safe to give Grandem syrup to your 2-month-old infant.
This medicine contains granisetron, which is not recommended for children under 2 years old.
