My daughter 11 months suffer from vomiting yesterday doctor gave grandem syrup 2 ml in evening.now early morning she had 1 loose motion and 1 vomit again.

Look if passing urine adequately. If not accepting feeds, fever, pain abdomen consult pediatrician.

Maybe summer diarrhoea. Continue grandem. Give plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration.
Start probiotics and ORS if loose motions persist
