Accidentally gave old meds to 18 months
My daughter 18 months old was suggested with augmentin duo due to acute infection. Accidentally nanny gave old taxim o forte solution(1 to 2 month old) not sure how much old. Both were in fridge. What should we do?

It's a re-constituted medicine Ideally should be use within 7 to 10 days of opening don't store re-constituted medicine in home

If not discolored or spoiled then need not to worry Don't preserve antibiotics, once course complete cannot be reused so throw it.
