Can i go for my baby 6 week vaccination, if she have stuffed nose, no chest congestion.
And with umbilical granuloma also vaccination is safe???

Kindly consult your doctor to see the severity of cold and chest congestion. Usually mild illness with no severe congestion and fever you can vaccinate the baby . Umbilical granuloma has nothing to do with vaccination.

Yes u can vaccinate the baby unless there is any fever, respiratory distress or lethargy.
Umbilical granuloma is not a contraindications for vaccination.

A stuffy nose without chest congestion is a common thing to see at the 6-week visit. Whether to vaccinate that day is your paediatrician's call after checking your baby, so keep the appointment and let them decide rather than cancelling ahead of time.
Next Steps
Mention the umbilical granuloma at the same visit so it can be looked at. Until then, keep the belly button clean and dry and fold the nappy below it. Call your paediatrician sooner if your baby has fever, fast or noisy breathing, poor feeding, or redness or discharge around the belly button.
