If cost is not an issue, private doctor will give you all the vaccines which are available. In govt set up , every Vaccine is given free of cost.. (govt has to see risk , benefit ratio.. cost factor too.). So few vaccines which are relatively costly like rota virus, pneumococcal etc are not given in govt set up. You can log in to IAP website to see the recommendations for Vaccine. Or simple copy and paste this link. http://mayaclinic.in/patient-education/what-newer-vaccines-are-there-for-my-child/ http://www.iapindia.org/page.php?id=127

If u don't mind waiting for hours and have no qualms about attending only on a particular day of the week and also if you want to strictly give only compulsory vaccines opt for the govt setup. On the other hand if you don't make mind paying, need less of a waiting time and need to vaccinate your child with all the information about all vaccines currently available on the market before making an informed decision, opt for a pvt clinic
