Baby not passing urine

Hello team, my 4 month old baby girl has passed urine only once in last 6-7 hours (few drops) & at night time no urine.. please suggest if it's normal during summer since there high temperature at my place

Does your baby take regular feeds. Put to breast atleast every 3 to 4 hours. Does she cry while passing urine? Color? How long does the baby feed? Is your baby on any medication?
