I have pain in my left knee for 3-4 months..so i undergone mri...it shows that i have degeneration of partial tear in ACL, horizontal tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus... So i undergone arthoscopy after that ...after operation in the discharge summary it has written"medial meniscus small stable tear noted and rasping done"... what is that mean?i do know exactly and i have seen after coming to home... Whether my meniscus was removed?i am confused on that...please explain what is that rasping indicates...thank you

I had suffered from joint after covid. Doctor prescribed shelcal xt and neurokind gold rf. When I taken medicine that pain gone but after finish treatment pain starts. I had do arthritis report here with attached. Pls suggest treatment.

Dear sir, I have lower left back pain while walking and standing long time and numbness in hand & foot in morning when sleep. And also hand numbness whn use mobile over chest Any time. My brother 39 yrs age facing heavy lower back pain and can't sit and walk from last 6 months. We had visited doctor and scan done and below is the scan findings. Diffuse disc dessication changes with diffuse disc bulge is noted at L5 S1 IV. Disc level causing milk intendation of thecal sac without significant spinal canal stenosis, spinal canal ap measures 10mm. Bilateral neural foramina appears within normal limits without significant impegenment upon the exiting L5 pr traversing S1 nerve roots. Is there a treatment available for this problem. Please suggest the types of treatment to solve his lower back pain.
