I am 25 years old female I have some problem in my left leg some nerve is painting from hip to toe is it sciatica .is it possible to have sciatica in early age

There's stiffness in my body all day long from few days especially when I woke up, my neck is stiff and when I try to bend forward the spine region pains a little.. just like a stretch kind of pain. Do I have low Vitamin D or calcium on my body? I am vegetarian.. what can I take to get enough vitamin D in my body?

Doctor suggested for a ultrasound scan at knee which was attached here with. Impression: Lateral Meniscus shows linear anechoic area for a length of 3 mm - ? Tear - significant. Please suggest this can be cured back to normal condition through rest and medicine OR surgery is required to make it joined with other part to bring back to normal ?
