Bone & Muscle problems

Does he really require surgery or it can be corrected by cement bandage( I don't know the exact word)..please need an urgent opinion of doctors..and how serious is it..thanks and regards.

My wife has severe right leg pain(sciatica nerve pain) since yesterday. She delivered a baby last month via c section. Can she take movexx Mr tablets( prescribed by an ortho earlier)? Does it have any side effects on baby, as baby is completely on mother's milk.

I work in retail 8 hrs standing and walking job. Working for 6 years I often have continue leg pain after my shift when I go to bed. Often I take pain killer for tht as well. Also my knees are painful when I do any bending work. Sometimes I feel the knee pain even with the basic movements of legs like kicking , using staircase etc. Also have an issue of frequent numbness in my legs when ever I fold my legs to eat as per Indian tradition or if I sit with most of my waight over my legs while worshipping etc tasks, my legs usually get numb very soon. Plz tell me which test should I go for to detect my problem,? Also suggest diagnose for this. Thanks

I have cyst in shoulder.. I having pain in my shoulder specially in night... Doctor told me my muscles are weak.around shoulder after seeing my MRI report.. . So he gave medicine and rotator cuff strengthening exercise... He told try it for a month if not improved then I may need surgery ( lacroscopy) ... I'm still having pain ( it's on and off) ... * reports attached*

My left hand thumb got pushed backwards as I was trying to get down the luggage from the shelf. I am not sure if it got dislocated or something. But everytime there is a bit a stretch or anything there is a sharp pain at the base of the thumb.

10 days ago after minor accident I have regular internally pain in lower legs..When I get up after sitting for some time, I do not feel full strength in my leg, while there is no swelling in leg kindly suggest.
