I had a bike accident where i fractured the bone around my ankle.. Even after three months of medication and rest, it still hurts in the bony part just above the ankle.. How to get permanent healing..

Will hip fracture always lead to hip joint arthritis and further hip joint replacement surgery? For how many years the new hip joint replaced will be useful if the surgery is done at the age of 41? I had an accident in 2005 & in 2021, I was informed that I suffer from hip joint arthritis due to that hip fracture of 2005.

I got my knee MRI done due to experiencing pain in the inner side of my left knee. I had dislocated it 9 months back. The report says - Patella Alta Low grade Injury of medail patello femoral ligament near it's femoral attachment Grade II signal in posterior horn of medial meniscus not reaching articular surface, suggestive of mild mucoid degeneration. Can someone tell me if this is severe or can be treated with medicines and exercise. I don't want to go through surgery.

Hello doctor I gave birth through c section...now my baby was 3 months old... form 2nd month of my baby..I started pumping... due to sitting many hours for pumping..I got pain at my lower back.
