Whenever I press the clutch of the car while driving a popping sound occurs in my left knee joint but not frequently and it has been so for past few days. Is it a matter of concern and do I need to consult a orthopedist Thanks

How can I improve my vitamin d deficiency. I am a vegetarian. I know that mushrooms have vitamin D. Is there any other source?

Hello I have been gon under tb treatment last year my treatment is completed my leg and back is hurting me a lot I am not able to properly and it's paining so what should I do??

I have this problem where if I do squats, lunges and other such legs workout for 2-3 days, I get some kind of stiffness or pain in my left knee and then if I rest stress my knees for next 2-3 days, the pain goes away. I am aware that my quadriceps and hamstring are not very strong because I have started to excercise just now and hence there might be some extra load being put on my knees. And hence I wanted to know how do I get out of this loop where I have weak muscle strength which puts strain on my knee which in turn makes me stop excercise which then again leads to weak muscle.

I have developed pain at the toe of left foot. It was that sudden that night when slept it was fine and in the morning when o woke up it was paining badly and it's been paining since then. No injury but it has swelling. What could be the reason? What needs to be done?

My grandmother had a fall yesterday, on, xray and consultantion it has been diagnosed she has hip ball injury. While we are aware surgery is the only option. What are the complication of the surgery? Will there be any side effects in future? Is surgery an option at her age?

Dear Dr My mother is suffering from rehmo arthritis Since 2019 but pain in small joint fingure not close proper but taking treatment pain recover relief all going well. During sampling where lab man take blood few minutes sleeve tight approx 20 minutes reach at home cut seleve. Due that place seleve tight . So that day pain in hand start slowly now days pain is very hight in hand shoulder and if hand hang down pain reach till fingure of hand . So now current condition is pain in left hand shoulder and back side and till ear and jaw this is a vein pain Arthiris pain or other which test is required for diagnosis and what tryep of specialists treat it

Hello doctor..i did an arthoscopy meniscus repair on my right knee...in my summary it's written that stitched with Fibre wire and AIR done inside..8-9 weeks days i was in bed and with crutches... After that i started walking by landing full foot and without crutches.. after 11 weeks i started climbing staircase... my query is after started walking with full foot and climbing stairs in the injury area it feels like something is pinching and i feel ah uneasy feel there with pain...its feel like injecting 20 needles ..why is that feel .. And whether my meniscus will be normal as before after 6 months...

Hey there..! I'm a regular gym goer and lifting weights but today and in the last week I felt a minor pain while lifting weight ..it happens today also while performing squats..I'm lifting the weight according to my strength then also today I fell this problem.. Now it's somewhere ok ok..like jab m niche baith k uppr uth rha hu Tb bohot minor sa pain jaise kuch stretch ho rha ho..aisa feel ho rha h... Pls tell me about this..and yes as i'm a gym goer so can u pls tell if I need some joint support tabs in my daily routine?
