I am feeling very uneasy pain in my foot and noticed slight swelling. I massaged it and have been keeping it over a pillow but not much relief. I always have a little pain due to sitting job. What to do?

I am suffering from left foot pain at night since 15 days I have x ray also of my foot . So please clear me foot xray normal or not.

I've diagnosed with cervical spondylosis and report also says anterior and posterior marginal osteophytes are seen and there's straighten curvature of spine...!! I dont Know whom to consult (specialist ?) and also want to know whether this problem is complicated and also what should be the plan of action next ?? Please help me !

I have severe bone pain whole body. Taking neurobion forte, prothiaden, pregabalin 75 , zerodol sp, cipcal all twice. nuxocia mr, But still body pain. No pain in joint. Unable to tolerate AC . Body starts pain. Body temperature 70.bp 110/70 unable to live outside under sun skin inflammation.

When will i expect my periods after Having withdrawal bleeding for 5days? I take unwanted 72 pill on 14th September n get withdrawal bleeding on 19th September and my cycle end on 02october..what i didn't get my periods??

I have started walking for an hour daily or minimum 10000 steps. Since 12 days i haved started this regime half hour walking two times a day. But my knee is having pain after that. I had pain in my left knee before also sometime when i climb stairs. But not very frequent. Now i have knee pain which is persistent. I dont knw what to do. Knee is making crackling sound also when i my moving it. Like krrr...krrr. what to do. ?? Pls help. I dont want to stop my walking.

Before a month I travelled almost 16 hours straight in 2 consequestive days in car..I hv a habit of sitting with folded legs in car..after this travelling there is mild pain in knee..when i try jump or if there is pressure on that leg it hurts alot..i can't even walk properly with both legs... Is it necessary to do xray or it will go with rest??

Sprain around 5 days back. Now unable to stand for more than 5 minutes and getting pain on hip. No knee pain but pain in right hip.

I have fibromylagia whole body pain i took pregalin with prothiaden, neurobion forte, diclofenac 50 mg but not relief. Still whole body inflammation and pain. Which medicine or pain killer should i take. Can u suggest

Last 5days getting pain in right hip. There was a sprain suddenly while I was trying to stand after sitting for puja. Now I am unable to stand for more than 5 minutes.
