Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, 1. What should my daily diet look like as I am having high levels of Uric acid - 9.1 ? ( Some combinations of Indian dishes as suggestions will be helpful ) 2. Does instant noodles/instant pasta from the common brands increase the uric acid levels? 3. Can I consume almonds, cashew nuts, Bengal grams? 4. Should I be completely avoiding non-veg - Fish, Chicken, egg? If not then how much of it is safe enough to consume? 5. Can yogurts/curds be consumed? Do they increase the uric acid levels? 6. Which vegetables should be completely avoided?

Currently i have been diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis Currently under medicine 1. Saaz 500 2 times 2. Fortadol sp 2 times 3. Elpant dsr - one in early morning 4. Folitrax 5 - one at night Now these medicine are causing stomach ache, no poop in morning, feel like vomiting, don't like to eat the food, mouth ulcers, no taste and smell Why should i do ?

I hav Joint pain in early 30, hav thyroid problem too past 10-15 yrs.i m taking medicine, nw my thyroid increased soo I m taking 75mg thyroxine tab. Gained sum wait too nw...I get joint pain in my one left leg only nw..it pain s alot onc I sit down nd get up..

Hii. I had calcaneum fracture more than 7 yrs back. Now when I m running dere is no problem but after running the ankle joints pain & become stiff. Ankle doesn't take weight properly for a day atleast. After that it becomes fine.. This happens after every long run of around 10 km. Short runs upto 6 7 kms dere is no problem. Please tell me what shld I do. I m fond of running & wants to run marathons.. But my leg is not supporting me.

Having pain in legs and feet mainly in the back of lower legs since a week or two. There's not much pain while walking but when standing for a while or lying on bed, the legs start aching. Please help! Thank you.

Hi, My father's leg bone got fracture on his childhood and took surgery for that.But the leg bone healed with improper alignment. Now the bend in the alignment is clearly visible and he couldn't be able to walk properly due to that malalignment.Now his age is 50 and is there any treatment for this ? please suggest considering his age factor.
