Bone & Muscle problems

Yesterday, was my first day of gym after a gap of 3 months. i did a mistake of doing little heavey 𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙨 extension an 𝙗𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙨 curls. Also i have done more elbow used exercise. Now, I am not able to straight my both elbow easily. It pains and hurts alot. Also if i do then i can only straight my elbow slowly. I appiled cold pack there but not much relief. Also i used move spray twice today but no relief. What to do??

Can myospaz forte be continued after 10 days for a 77 yr old lady patient having diabetes , pressure , triglyceride medicines who had a fall . The medicine was given along with gemcal spray , biod3 femsoft gelatin gave relief from back pain but after stopping the medicine , their is slight pain again .

I have been having back pain, mostly on my shoulders and neck, I have been on physiotherapy for 7 days and it's a little better but it keeps coming back. Now I'm having lower back pain (mostly buttocks)  too after sitting from 3-4 hours. Please advice what can be done for both? Attached my xray reports. Calcium and Vit D are normal

Hi, 12 days ago my left leg got twisted (invert). I did X ray and shows cuboid bone fracture (attached picture). My ortho Doctor is not sure weather this fracture or not on my cuboid, and confident that will heel within 10 days. However still I have swelling on top of foot and greenish color on back of foot skin. And having pain when touch on cuboid bone. Even Doctor put half plaster since swelling is there, and put creape bandage upon it. Still when I remove plaster for applying ice, I can see swelling doesn't go and pain is there on any movement of foot. Night is very painful even elevated. Pls advise and pls find x ray for your kind perusal & suggestion.

Since years her one leg near knee joint it swollen but now since couple of year her both legs are swollen from knee to ankle and every day she complaints about the severe leg pain and takes afenac p for pain relief .she has been visited ortho specialist earlier but no changes.till the time she is on medication the pain comes down but when the course is done she suffers again with same.her leg and feet have severe edema and  hard on the calfs feels like elephantasis when we see the leg.need proper guidance whom to consult for .

I twisted my knee while playing football a few weeks back and that time I did icing and the swelling was gone. Then I started strengthening my hips quads glutes and calf muscles so now I'm not having any pain in my knee but I'm not yet confident with my knee to hit a shot with that leg.

When i touch the circled area i feel sharp pain.also when i bring chin to chest and bend backwards pain in there.if i keep head straight or with rest no pain. Visibly no swelling is there. Pic aattached for reference. Having this pain from last week.

There was a pain in the legs so conducted Ra test and it was positive in Month of June 2021.. Took medicine for almost a month and there was relief.. For that month and July as well.. Medicine was taken in only june and not in july... So pain has syarted again frp few days back.. What should we do..? Attached is the list of medication taken in month of june.. Shall we repeat that.. Or whom shall you recommend any other medicine.. What do you suggest for diet on this condition.. Is it curable with medicines

My aunt is 55 year old and recently her left foot began to swell with pain. She also had this issue earlier but previously it was caused due to increased uric acid level. But this time her uric acid level is not too much. She's also taking medicine for diabetes, high B.P., and thyroid. This time her pain and swelling aren't going away with the medicines which she previously took to heal herself. She used to take FURIC-40mg and Nucoxia-90. They're being ineffective this time. She went to the local orthopedist and he prescribed few tests. I'm uploading the reports here. Please have a look and advice accordingly.

Hello,  after I take bath most of time I get back pain a lot I feel like need to breathe a lot and need to sit and relax atleast for 5 minutes.  I told to doctor they said not serious.  What could be the reason for this and what I should do
