My husband is experiencing back pain (middle and lower) every morning he wakes up, from past one week. A month back he met with an accident and his collar bone got broken, he is wearing sling as per doctor suggestion. Due to his injury he is not able to turn and sleeping in same straight position resulting in back in pain. One day he slept in different bed and we observed the pain was much less that day.  We are sure that changing the mattress will help him. Please suggest what type of mattress we should use to get rid of back pain. Please specify brand name or model name if possible. It will be really helpful

MRI of the left knee joint was performed. Fat saturated proton density axial, sagittal and coronal images, STIR and T1W coronal images and T2W sagittal images were acquired. There is evidence of knee joint effusion with fat-fluid level within. There is seen a tear of the anterior cruciate ligament in its midsubstance. The posterior cruciate ligament appears intact. There is seen abnormal hyperintensity superficial to the medial collateral ligament and lateral collateral ligament The MCL and LCL themselves reveal normal hypointensity. Abnormal hyperintensity is noted along the postero-lateral joint capsule. There is seen abno IMPRESSION: Knee joint effusion with lipohemarthrosis. . ACL tear. . Medial meniscal vertical tear involving the posterior horn. . Postero-lateral capsular tear. Grade I injury of the MCL and LCL. . Bone contusion in the lateral tibial condyle .  Intermuscular plane edema between the soleus and gastrocneumeus with muscle strain involving the soleus muscle.

I had osteotomy of my right knee on 2nd July. Today,after 5 weeks of surgery,I recognised cracking sound from my operated limb.I have pins in my operated bone, doctors remove them after 6-8 weeks from my operated date of surgery. Should I worry from cracking sound?

When ever he got pains that time he will use pain killer and if require adfrar injection. 3 months back he got covid positive and recovered in hospital. Can he take covid vaccine?
